Spring is almost here and Easter is just around the corner. It’s a time to spend with your family and friends from throughout the community, and there is no better way to do that than with a traditional Easter egg hunt. Fortunately, there are many fun-filled Easter egg hunts in Boise and the surrounding area this year.

Zoo Boise Easter EGGstravaganza
If you are in the mood for something a little different this year, there is always Easter at the Boise Zoo. Featuring an appearance by the Easter Bunny, festivities include egg scrambles, photo ops, face painting, games, and a variety of animal enrichment activities. All these services are included with a standard zoo pass, so when you grow tired of holiday celebrations, you can relax and unwind as you tour the grounds.
Admission: Adults $10, Seniors (62+) $7, Children (3-11) $8, Children (2 & under) FREE. (Zoo Boise Annual Pass holders receive free admission.)

Community Easter Egg Hunt at Kleiner Park
If you’ve ever wanted to see skydiving Easter bunnies (and who hasn’t?), now’s your chance! Hosted by the Capital Christian Center in Kleiner Park, this event includes skydiving Easter bunnies, a live kids show, jump houses, food trucks, and a dance-off competition with the Easter bunny himself! First show/hunt begins at 10:30 AM, skydiving at roughly 12:15 PM, and second show/hunt begins at 1:30 PM.

Eagle Christian Church Easter Egg Hunt
For those out in Eagle, ID, the Eagle Christian Church is hosting an Easter egg hunt with over 25,000 eggs hidden on the ball field of Eagle Campus. All children are invited for a day of fun and revelry. For more information, contact the church office at (208) 286-0879.

For family fun for all ages, the First Baptist Church is hosting the Community Easter Eggstravaganza. This event features food, games, prizes, and inflatables along with a special appearance by the Easter bunny. Age-specific hunts begin every 30 minutes.

Classic Easter Brunch & Egg Hunt
If you’re looking to go out in style this Easter, head down to the Riverside Hotel in Boise. They’ll be serving a very special holiday buffet selection in their beautiful dining area, and you’ll be joined for a live performance by Harpist Matthew Tutsky.
Afterward, children’s egg hunts will be held every hour between 10 AM – 1 PM. Be sure to make your reservations soon though.
