“We have a two year old washing machine break so I called Cody’s for the repair job. Not only did our washer get repaired quickly and thus far correctly – it has only been 30 minutes since he finished – out tech, Gabe, took the time to re-educate me and my family on how to better load and use the machine (I guess I missed that day in Home Economics!). He took the time to explain what broke and why, and even showed me a thing or two about our dryer vent after he showed me how to clean, and thus extend the life of our washer. Frankly, Gabe set the bar for great customer service, which until now had been occupied by Apple – yea, he’s that good. I would highly recommend Cody’s Appliance Repair from experience, price, and customer service.
